As a part of the Unleashed NYC community, we know that life doesn’t always keep you near a barbell or a squat rack. Whether you’re traveling for work, going on vacation, or just away from the gym for a few days, it’s essential to keep your fitness routine intact. That’s where our Travel Workouts come in, offering you simple, effective, and challenging options no matter what your surroundings are like. We’ve broken it down into four categories based on the equipment (or lack thereof) you might have access to!

Just a Pullup Bar? Let's Go!
Pull-up bars are often accessible, whether it’s in a local park or the hotel gym. With just a pull-up bar, you can knock out an incredible upper-body-focused workout, but we’ll throw in some lower-body and core work to keep things balanced.
This category focuses on pull-ups, toes-to-bar, hanging knee raises, and other movements that engage your upper body and core. We’ll sprinkle in some leg work too so you’re hitting every muscle group.
