I wanted to take a moment to speak to you, athlete to athlete, coach to community, about a few core values that make our gym a place of integrity, growth, and real results. 💪🏽

1️⃣ Track Your Progress. It Matters. 📈

Our programming is built to be measurable, observable, and repeatable. We don’t just train to sweat, we train to get better. But if you're not logging in SugarWOD, how will you know?

📊 Every PR, every push-up, every metcon, they matter. Logging your scores builds your fitness history and fuels future growth. Set a benchmark. Smash it later.

If you’re not tracking, you’re guessing and we don’t guess here.


2️⃣ Scaling Is Smart, Not Weak 🧠

Let’s squash the ego: scaling = smart.

Every WOD comes with multiple levels, Beginner, Intermediate, Rx, and Upscaled, because our goal is to hit the right stimulus, not just do it for the Rx checkbox. ✅

Reduce the weight, reps, or modify the movement, it's still YOU showing up with intent. That’s not scaling back. That’s training with purpose. 🎯

3️⃣ We Don’t Cheat Here. Period. 🚫

Miscounting reps? Logging Rx when it wasn’t? Quietly skipping movements?

Not here. Not ever.

Cheating disrespects your teammates, your progress, and everything we stand for. This gym is about building character through challenge and consistency.

How you do anything is how you do everything.

We train hard, we train honest, and we train together. 🙌


4️⃣ Effort Matters. Always. 🔥

You don’t have to be the strongest in the room, but you better show up like you give a damn.

💯 Relative intensity drives results. If the barbell’s too light or you're cruising through cardio? You're not getting better.

Not every day is all-out, but most days should challenge you. That's where the growth lives, on the edge of your comfort zone.

So ask yourself: Did I bring it today?
