Introducing SugarWOD to CrossFit Unleashed!

We’re excited to announce the introduction of SugarWOD to our Unleashed NYC community! This powerful app is designed to enhance your training experience by making workout tracking, performance analysis, and community interaction easier and more fun than ever. Available on both iOS and Android, SugarWOD allows you to log your daily workouts, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements in a simple and intuitive way.

Here’s what you can expect from SugarWOD:

  • Workout Logging: Easily input your WOD scores, lifts, and custom workouts, so you can stay on top of your progress.

  • Performance Tracking: View your personal records and track improvements over time with detailed performance insights.

  • Community Features: Connect with your fellow athletes by giving fist bumps and comments, building camaraderie both in and out of the gym.

  • WOD Notifications: Receive your daily WOD notifications directly on your phone, so you’re always ready for the next workout.

  • Leaderboards: Compete with friends and teammates to stay motivated and push your limits.

Workout Tracks

Use the dropdown menu to navigate all the different tracks.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY, Every UNLEASHED athlete will have access to this track. This will include the workouts for Endurance classes and Group Fitness classes.

In additional our Elite (Total Access) members will have access to:

UNLEASHED VITALITY, a 5-day a week stretching program with 20+ minute mobility videos that you can follow along to at home or during Open Gym.

UNLEASHED BARBELL, a 5-day a week Olympic lifting program that is cyclical and starts with every barbell club cycle.

Unfamiliar with the movements in the "Workout of the Day"? simply click the "prepare" button under the movement and you will be taken to a movement demo video that will better prepare you for the workout.

Reserving Classes

Clicking the "Schedule" button will allow you to browse all classes that are associated with your membership type. Clicking the "+" icon will add your reservation for that class hour.

Our athletes will never be left in the dark again. You will now be informed if you have an overdue invoice, need to update your credit card, have an unfilled waiver. Best part, you now have the ability to update your payment information yourself (using Zenplanner).

Athlete notes will be provided under the workout of the day for more real time information directly from Coach Ant. Never miss the intended stimulus or good scale options for the workouts.
