As a part of the Unleashed NYC community, we know that life doesn’t always keep you near a barbell or a squat rack. Whether you’re traveling for work, going on vacation, or just away from the gym for a few days, it’s essential to keep your fitness routine intact. That’s where our Travel Workouts come in, offering you simple, effective, and challenging options no matter what your surroundings are like. We’ve broken it down into four categories based on the equipment (or lack thereof) you might have access to!
BODYWEIGHT Only
No Equipment, No Excuse
When you’re completely without gear, your body is your best tool. Our
No Equipment Workouts are designed to keep you moving, strong, and sweaty using just bodyweight exercises. These are perfect for hotel rooms, small spaces, or outdoor environments with nothing but open air.
These workouts will push your stamina, endurance, and mental grit, focusing on functional movements that are cornerstones of CrossFit. Expect exercises like burpees, squats, push-ups, lunges, and core movements.
