Whether you’re traveling for work, going on vacation, or just away from the gym for a few days, it’s essential to keep your fitness routine intact. That’s where our Travel Workouts come in, offering you simple, effective, and challenging options no matter what your surroundings are like. We’ve broken it down into four categories based on the equipment (or lack thereof) you might have access to!

Traveling can disrupt your fitness flow, but it doesn’t have to! Staying active on the road not only helps you maintain your strength and conditioning, but also keeps you feeling energized and mentally sharp. Plus, workouts can be a great way to explore new places—getting your sweat on in a different environment can make training more exciting!

These travel workouts will ensure that you’re never stuck wondering what to do. They are simple, require minimal or no equipment, and can be done anywhere—hotel rooms, parks, beaches, or even airports. When you’re completely without gear, your body is your best tool. Our No Equipment Workouts are designed to keep you moving, strong, and sweaty using just bodyweight exercises. These are perfect for hotel rooms, small spaces, or outdoor environments with nothing but open air.

Ideal for:

  • Anywhere!
